Four night minimum rental. No smoking, no pets, no parties. Maximum people allowed on premise for 2 bedroom unit is 5; maximum people allowed on premise for 4 bedroom is 9.

House can be rented as a 4 bedroom/4 bath, or as two completely separate 2 bedroom/2 bath units.

To reserve a booking, a deposit of 50% must be received. 60 days prior to rental date, the remaining rent, tax, cleaning and security deposit is due.

In the event that a rental must be cancelled, rent may be refunded only if time reserved is re-rented.
